Fluffed Cat Fight Campus!
July 25th, 2008, by in Release, Translation
A nameless fluffy group has released an English translation of the official trial version of Little Busters!, containing approximately ten minutes of the game and the opening animation. As the group has only a few translators available, it is expected that the entire game will take a number of years to complete. However, the group does plan to keep working on the game until it is finished. They have also moved their irc channel to #fluffy on irc.synirc.net, so anyone interested in helping out is encouraged to go there.

Updated Star-gazing Guide
June 26th, 2008, by in Translation
Anath, a user from our gemot has posted a link to his updated guide on how to purchase a copy of Planetarian from BGameBox, the current online vendor for kinetic novels. Planetarian is a short kinetic novel game produced by Key and has been translated in its entirety by insani, who have previously also provided a guide to buying the game, installing the game and uninstalling the game. However, the interface to purchasing the game has changed, and thus some people may find Anath’s guide to be useful in that regard.

Anime North 2008 - Part 1 - Momo-i
June 9th, 2008, by in Conventions, Interviews
Perhaps the main reason we attended Anime North this year was the Japanese idol Halko Momoi (桃井はるこ). You may know her as either a singer or as a voice actress, her debut single being “Mail Me” in 2000 and debut role being Komugi Nakahara (中原こむぎ) in The SoulTaker. Others may only remember back to her days with denpa unit UNDER17. She managed to find time for us to have a private interview about visual novels. It was quite interesting, and is included inside.
