Currently, only the plot intro can be read, but new content such as character info and sample graphics will be added soon. Yumina was a game with gameplay elements announced during Anime Expo 2010. The goal of the game is to win a school election, and to do so, the player must decide on where to campaign, level up their characters in dungeons and then have them fight it out with the other opponents, RPG style.

From the JAST USA end, it looks like Saya no Uta and Hanachirasu will be sold separately, although there will be a discount for buying them together. The two games along with Sumaga are scheduled to be out before Anime Expo. Meanwhile, MangaGamer states that they’re working on a 4th hard copy game from the J-List distribution deal, which will be a game they have already released that they are trying to fix up. Furthermore, they’re also aiming for a end-of-February or beginning-of-March release for DEARDROPS, while the trial version is currently out for people to try out the game. Dengeki Stryker and Harukoi Otome are still in translation, with the former aimed at a release by the time Anime Expo comes around. As for ef – the first tale, it’s still undergoing review by NNL of the latest build from minori, which if it passes, will allow the release to proceed.

This bizarre comedy featuring spoofs of various world leaders was originally introduced to many people via a Hollywood-style promotional trailer complete with the “movie-trailer man” voice in English. The release will be based on the TLWiki project, with project members having worked with JAST USA on the release. This is the second game to be released in the JAST Densetsu lineup, a new brand JAST USA created for “higher quality titles” according to their Anime Expo panel.

JAST USA Press Release: Adult PC Game “My Girlfriend is the President” Goes Golden Master

JAST USA, the leading publisher of Japanese PC games in English, today announced the Golden Master status of My Girlfriend is the President, the latest “bishoujo game” collaboration between JAST USA brand JAST Densetsu and hit Japanese game developer Alcot. Golden Master is the final master before printing, putting the release of the game only a few weeks away.

My Girlfriend is the President is a fun and wacky visual novel full of cute girls, hilarious parody, and erotic romance. The player is Junichiro Hondo, who wakes up one day to find that the world has been transformed by aliens into a bishoujo paradise where cuteness is the ultimate authority. His childhood friend Yukino Ohama has become President of the United States of Nippon, who rules with overwhelming cuteness and a healthy dose of brainwashing. Will Junichiro be able to set the world right? Will he even want to?

My Girlfriend is the President is a multi-scenario romance simulation game with several endings to explore. Through their actions, players will be able to decide which of four cute and quirky girls Junichiro ends up with. Joining US President Ohama are Russian President Irina Putina (are these names starting to sound familiar?), Chief of Staff Ran Miyoshi, and a mysterious girl called Ell who just happens to be an alien starship in human form!

JAST USA president Peter Payne said, “There are thousands of dedicated fans of Japanese visual novels and bishoujo games around the world. When the fans let us know they really wanted us to license ‘President,’ we knew we couldn’t let them down.”

Aselia the Eternal, known as Eien no Aselia in Japan, is an RPG set in a fantasy world known as Phantasmagoria, to which the protagonist Yuuto and his sister Kaori have been summoned. With his sister taken hostage by the local king, Yuuto finds himself forced to fight the king’s battles alongside a number of female Spirit warriors. An interesting detail is that when the game starts, neither the protagonist nor the player can understand the language of the Phantasmagorians. As the game progresses, the script becomes more and more understandable.

The game features event scenes in a visual novel-style format and gameplay in the form of RPG battles. The version being released by JAST USA is the Windows port of the all-ages PS2 adaptation, which featured added content and a revised game engine to compensate for the removal of explicit sex scenes. This English release is based on the fan translation released by Dakkodango Translations, who are continuing to offer their translation patch for the Japanese version of the game.
