MangaGamer releases all ages version of KIRAKIRA

In a move remarkably similar to recurring practice in fan translations, MangaGamer has released an all ages version of KIRAKIRA, their flagship title created by OVERDRIVE. In contrast to more common all-age ports and remakes, the censored version of KIRAKIRA appears to be created similarly to most all-age or non-ero versions existing in fan translations: with only minor text changes and removal of erotic scenes.

MangaGamer adds Cosplay Alien, Koihime Musou to lineup

MangaGamer released Sandwiched by my wife and her sister today, as scheduled, and we have received two press releases — one announcing a February 20, 2010 release for SCORE’s Cosplay Alien, and one announcing BaseSon’s Koihime Musou, slated for an April 2010 release.

Smash Hit game by 07th Expansion to be available in English this DecemberDecember 7, 2009 MangaGamer.com is pleased to announce the upcoming digital release of “Higurashi When They Cry”, the smash hit PC game released by game developer 07th Expansion. This mega popular series has spun out PS2 and Nintendo DS ports, novelizations, and anime/manga adaptations, but this will be the release of the original authentic version. The slated release date of “Higurashi When They Cry” is December 15, 2009 for 36.95 Euros.
This release of “Higurashi When They Cry” will feature the first 4 chapters of this 8 chapter series: Onikakushi, Watanagashi, Tatarigoroshi, and Himatsubushi. MangaGamer.com will release the remaining 4 chapters in 2010.
