Thanks for the detailed report! It's great to hear about MangaGamer picking up even more high-profile titles. I'll be looking forward to Da Capo II, and I know loads of my friends will be enthusiastic about Higurashi. I really hope people do actually buy games from them, since it'll be a real shame if they have to close down due to lack of sales (especially if that's due to piracy).

boingman, that's what I have been doing with patched copies anyway, because patching some VNs was frustrating enough to not want to do it twice.

Thanks for the report. Did nobody ask about the possibility of physical copies (for a higher price)?
Guess I'll need to buy the japanese box, burn the english download version and put it in the box.

Anime Expo was actually the first time I ever heard of this group, and with the splash they made it would be hard to miss them now.

The games are a tad expensive, but the base price is also relatively high even in japan. Really the only thing that I find annoying is that it's all priced in € while I was expecting $ after all I saw at Anime Expo.

I'm really excited over Shuffle! finally getting a translation, hopefully followed by it's sequels. And I do have full intention of buying from them when that point comes, though I hope my coupon code still works by then.

Sounds like it would of been funny to be there. lol. I'm glad mangagamer is translating games people really want to see in english at least. (aka worth spending money on so we can support them)
