According to a post on their website, MangaGamer stated that they will be delaying the releases of their games as they have been “working hard to improve the quality of the translation of each title.” Most of the games have been pushed back, including Edelweiss, which is now being released on the 20th of September. The new release will include an improved script as well as fixes to the game engine and will also be released as a patch for customers who have already purchased the game.

It’s good to see that they’re emphasizing quality, even at the cost of the release date; I haven’t checked out their previous games yet, but from what I heard, their translations needed a LOT of work. Hopefully their releases will develop into something we can all use, without having to worry about Engrish.

This is like the third time isn’t it?
IMO, they were too ambitious expecting to release 10 titles in five months.
I know the folks at JAST have the extra burden of running J-List, but they typically release half that amount in a year.

sorry for the multiple posts.
I don’t see a patch on their page, the full title will need to be redownloaded
and they still don’t support a download manager :-(
