The Saya no Uta translation project is now without a translator and is seeking a replacement. More specifically, the project mentions that the translator’s “knowledge of Japanese is fairly good, but the lengthy and detailed descriptions of the game were too much for him.” Interested parties should take their translation test, which they’ve posted on their webpage and they are taking applications until the end of the month.
Saya no Uta is a Cthulhu-filled suspense/horror game, first released by Nitro+ on the day after Christmas, 2003. The translation project originally started as a thread on our forums in late August of 2006 by Orochi and has since then evolved into a full translation project hosted at their present site.
