With the translation of To Heart 2 now going through an internal beta phase, the To Heart 2 Translation Project has started translation of To Heart PSE last month and now styles itself the Leaf Games Translation Group. To Heart PSE was released in 2003 by AQUAPLUS as a PC port of the PS version of To Heart, making it an all-age game with extra scenarios and full voice acting. To Heart is considered by many to be one of the ‘golden oldies’, spawning a host of doujin games, manga and two anime.

The PSE version of the game includes several minigames, but it is not clear whether or not they will be translated as well. So far the Kotone route and part of the Akari route have been translated, the group is currently considering translating Comic Party DCE after To Heart PSE is finished.
